Yotel has announced plans to open­­ a 351-key property in downtown Atlanta by Autumn 2022. The hotel, set within 400,000ft² of retail, residential, office and entertainment space, will be situated in the heart of Atlanta’s Underground transformation – a historic four-block redevelopment from real estate developer WRS. 234 of the guestrooms are designed for short-stays (Yotel) and 117 for longer stays (YotelPad).

Yotel seeks to redefine the traditional hospitality function by incorporating sleek, minimalistic design and the clever use of technology, such as self-check-in kiosks and adjustable “SmartBeds”. The hotel features an outdoor pool, rooftop bar and terrace, whilst guests will be able to work, relax and socialise in the hotel’s “Komyuniti” space.
