Veranda Resort Pattaya, MGallery by Sofitel has made its debut in Na Jomtien, Pattaya, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Thailand for both international tourists and locals.

The hotel’s public spaces are located below the ground level, with design intended to both maximise space and create an interesting hotel access. The outcome is a long linear space starting from the road, inviting visitors into the entrance hall and the hotel’s public facilities including a spa, café, restaurant and swimming pool.

All of the public areas are thoughtfully designed to create natural ventilation and correlate with the landscape design that can be seen continuously alongside the area.

The design concept is “Stylish Beachlife”, which has always been true to Veranda’s brand identity. For Pattaya’s location, natural lines and forms are highly emphasised in the interior design part, especially in the public area where the ceiling is covered with recycled wood in the form of ocean waves, blending in with special water-effect wall tiles and unique art pieces. This resembles an underwater space, creating a welcoming yet stylish atmosphere.

Veranda Resort Pattaya has 145 guestrooms comprised of five different room types that range from 43-120m²: Seascape, Sea Breeze, Oceanfront, Family Pool Suite and Sky Pool Villa. Guestrooms are also designed in correlation to the public area, with clean lines and relaxing colour tones, finished with marine-life decorations.
