Thompson Hollywood, a 190-key luxury hotel featuring interior design by Tara Bernerd & Partners, is set to arrive on Wilcox Avenue in Los Angeles’ Hollywood and Vine neighbourhood this Spring.
Nestled within the heart of the Vinyl District, the property is being developed by owners Relevant Group and will be managed by Hyatt, joining the operator’s guest loyalty programme, World of Hyatt.
Its design will reflect the musical roots and vibrancy of its locale, offering guests a taste of Hollywood across 190 guestrooms including 24 suites, two restaurants, 15,000ft2 of meeting and event space, a fitness experience and a rooftop pool deck and lounge with scenic views of the Californian surroundings.
Founded in 2001, Thompson Hotels now boasts a portfolio of lifestyle hotels in the Americas, including The Beekman and Gild Hall in New York City; Thompson Washington DC; Thompson Nashville; Thompson Seattle; Thompson Chicago; The Cape in Los Cabos, Mexico; Thompson Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya, Mexico; Thompson Zihuatanejo on Mexico’s Pacific Coast; and the newly opened Thompson Dallas.
The brand also has a number of projects in the pipeline, with properties currently under development in Texas – namely in San Antonio, Austin and Houston – as well as in Denver, Buckhead and Savannah.
