The Asia Hotel Design Awards (AHDA) has announced the host venue for its 2016 ceremony as The South Beach – Singapore’s newly opened Luxury & Lifestyle H.I.P (Highly Individualised People & Places) hotel located in the heart of Singapore.
This hotel of design is brilliantly curated and meticulously crafted by renowned designer Philippe Starck and creative artists from around the world.
Furthermore, the call for entries has been extended to Monday 9 November, seeking hotel projects completed between October 2014 – September 2015.
On Thursday 10 March 2016, during Singapore Design Week, over 300 leading industry figures will gather at The South Beach to celebrate the best of hotel architecture and design in the Asia Pacific region.
AHDA recognises exceptional hotel design and architecture, honouring the work of industry leading architects and designers, and the projects they create with hotel developers, owners and operators.
The awards acknowledge creativity, innovation and excellence across 12 categories. They are judged by a panel of industry experts and peers representing the various disciplines involved in new hotel projects across the region.
