Commenting on the creation of The Oitavos, Luis Silverio, CEO of Quinta da Marinha Original, says “The Oitavos is a luxury hotel at the pinnacle of contemporary design and innovation, offering a modern outlook of Portugal yet rooted in Portuguese heritage. The hotel is the culmination of the Champalimaud family’s vision, having first purchased the land during the 1920s, and completes this exceptional sporting estate”.
