The BoTree reveals guestrooms as opening approaches
The BoTree has released a first look inside its guestrooms, ahead of its opening on 15th September 2023.
A Place III Hotel, The BoTree finds home in the heart of London’s West End, standing at the point where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho meet. Designed to both capture the spirit of Marylebone’s ‘village’ life and reflect the allure of central London, the new hotel comprises 199 guestrooms, including 30 suites.
Built by EPR Architects, and with a design story crafted by The BoTree team and Amsterdam-based designers, Concrete, the hotel encompasses the energy and atmosphere of Marylebone life. Akin to the area’s residences, guestrooms have been designed to cater to a variety of different lifestyles and requirements, including 21 accessible rooms and 56 connecting room options.
The BoTree’s Deluxe Rooms will bring together colourful, natural fabrics with eclectic textures created exclusively for the hotel, while vegan leather headboards, Jasper Conran Wedgewood tea sets, and eucalyptus Tencel bedding have been chosen for their eco-friendly credentials.
30 of the hotel’s suites will include a lounge, balcony, personal bar and integrated cocktail station. The largest of the suites, the Presidential Suite, will offer views across central London accessed via a private elevator lobby and guest entrance, accompanied by an outdoor terrace.
Food and beverage offerings, led by Tao Group Hospitality, will include destination Italian restaurant Lavo and The BoTree Bar. The launch of these public spaces will be shortly followed by the opening of an event space, private bar, wellness space and a rooftop.
“The BoTree offers guests a unique hotel experience combining outstanding design, best-in-class F&B, and an intuitive personalised service, while bringing to life Place III’s purpose-driven approach and commitment to Conscious Luxury,” says Rishi Sachdev, founder of The BoTree. “Our vision is for it to be a hotel that guests will never want to leave.”
