The Anam sets April opening date
The Anam, a beachfront resort in Vietnam, has announced an April grand opening date. Set across 300 metres of sand, the 12-acre resort is set to join the likes of the Nam Hai, Amanoi and Six Senses Con Dao as one of Vietnam’s top coastal properties.
The Anam features 117 villas and 96 suites, a ten treatment-room spa paying tribute to the area’s Cham history, a diverse restaurant and bar scene, three swimming pools, a water sports house, a 180-person conference room, a ballroom, 3-D cinema, kids club, and tennis court.
Characterised by Vietnamese craftsmanship and offering picturesque views of the ocean, the villas, rooms and suites range in size from 50m² to 273m². All of the accommodations are light and airy and feature hardwood finishes from sustainably cultivated forests and customised encaustic mosaic floor tiles, creating an atmosphere of old-world elegance. The room categories spanning 150m2 to 267m² also boast living rooms and a daybed.
All of the villa, guestroom and suite bathrooms are adorned with grey slate stone tiling and incorporate deep soaking tubs and separate rain showers. Each villa bathroom has a private garden, while the guestroom and suite bathtubs can be opened up to, or closed off from, the rest of the interior space with inbuilt wooden folding partitions. Each and every villa features terraces and/or balconies, with 27 of the villas offering private swimming pools.
Set on 400m² of hillside located within The Anam’s Sri Mara Spa’s grounds, two spa villas each provide exclusive spa therapy areas, a steam room and a sunken granite Jacuzzi, enabling guests to indulge in a spa journey without leaving the comfort of their villa.
