Swire Hotels to open East Beijing

East Beijing is located in Jiangtai in the Chaoyang District of Beijing between the 4th and 5th Ring Roads and within INDIGO, a joint venture mixed-use development by Swire Properties Limited and Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited. Following The Opposite House at Sanlitun Village, East Beijing is Swire Hotels’ second hotel in the capital and the fourth in Asia.

Only 15 minutes from the Beijing International Capital Airport, Jiangtai is one of the most attractive business addresses in Beijing. Its proximity to the city’s CBD and Wangjing area, home to some of the most prestigious local and multinational corporations, makes the property ideal for business travellers. 798 Art District and Chaochangdi Art Zone are also conveniently in the neighbourhood.

Dining and entertainment are highlighted by two restaurants, Feast (Food by EAST), an all day dining restaurant serving up international favourites and Hagaki, a Californian-inspired Japanese restaurant, while Xian is a multi-element bar, lounge and music venue on the ground floor.

The Workshop is EAST, Beijing’s meeting and events space on the 3rd floor with the latest technology as well as a dedicated events team, plenty of break out space including an open kitchen area, a noodle bar and a candy wall for scheduled meals or impromptu snacks.
