Sbe reveals SLS Brickell
Sbe has announced that SLS Brickell, its second SLS hotel in Miami, will open its doors on 11 October. The property will marks sbe’s first hotel and residence project in partnership with Related Group. The Arquitectonica designed, 55-storey tower will encompass 124 Philippe Starck-appointed guestrooms and suites, and 450 condo residences.
The hotel will be situated on South Miami Avenue, in close proximity to Downtown Miami and the Miami Design District, as well as an array of shopping, fine dining and entertainment destinations. Infused with art, the property will offer guests a striking lobby sculpture by Bernardi Roig alongside a mural by Markus Linnenbrink.

SLS Brickell will aim to serve as an urban retreat, and will feature three pools and a hot and cold plunge, all located on the pool deck where alfresco dining and eight private cabanas will be available. Guests and residents will also have the exclusive opportunity to take advantage of complimentary VIP Beach access at SLS’s oceanfront property, SLS South Beach.
The property will feature culinary options from two James Beard Award-winning chefs: SLS Culinary Director, chef José Andrés and chef Michael Schwartz. During the property’s unveiling, Chef Michael Schwartz will launch his first Italian concept with Fi’lia, featuring fresh ingredients from the hearth and the simplicity of handmade artisanal breads and pasta. Shortly after, Chef José Andrés will present Bazaar Mar, his latest creative culinary concept with a seasonal emphasis on Miami and the Caribbean. Bazaar Mar will serve as Andrés’ second Miami restaurant and sixth project with sbe. Andrés will also oversee food and beverage for the property’s in-room dining, mezzanine and pool bar.

In addition to its dining options, SLS Brickell will host a range of 24-hour lifestyle amenities including concierge services, valet parking, in-room dining services, babysitting services and a BMW-7 series house car available for transport within a three-mile radius. A state-of-the-art Fitness Centre and the exclusive Ciel Spa will cater to guests’ wellness and fitness needs.
