Ritz-Carlton residences and hotel set for Mexico’s Pacific Coast
The opening of Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence is set for Q4 2024, bringing a hotel and 39 private residences to Mexico’s Pacific coastline. Resting atop oceanfront cliffs within an 800-acre private enclave in Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, the new Ritz Carlton Reserve will be designed to embody unique elements of the area’s culture, history and heritage.
Positioned along the Pacific Coast, Siari’s design ethos revolves around cohesion with nature. Each of the 39 residences designed by Mexico City-based studio Bernardi + Peschard Arquitectura will mirror the surrounding ecosystem, with open-air sea views and locally-sourced art, textiles and finishes inspired by ancient Mexican culture.
Additional amenities available to residents will include a Marina & Yacht Club, 18-hole Tom Fazio Golf Course, meditation glass house and star-gazing observatory, in addition to a private beachfront with its own beach club and restaurants.
Alongside the private residences will be a 90-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel, which will include multiple F&B venues, a beach club, an array of pools, a spa and fitness centre and a library.
“We’re looking forward to expanding our footprint with the debut of Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence next year,” said Jaime Fasja, founder & co-CEO of Mexico-based real estate developer Thor Urbana. “Nayarit has had a longstanding reputation as a crown jewel along Mexico’s coastline, boasting an interesting balance of experiences that celebrate both the land and seascape. Siari will harness those benefits into an utterly unique, nature-driven residential experience backed by the pristine reputation of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve.”
