Located at the heart of the capital’s Rose Revolution Square, the hotel offers 249 rooms including 15 junior suites, 44 business class rooms and one executive suite.
Diners have the option of two restaurants: ‘Surface’ serving international cuisine, or the contemporary Italian “Filini’.
The wellness and fitness centre is spread over the two top floors and covers 1,600m². The centre offers an indoor pool and the first Anne Semonin spa in Georgia with two double and seven single treatment rooms.
The hotel also has 826 square metres of meeting and event space. The Iveria Ballroom is spread over 346 square metres and can accommodate up to 450 people.
New York based architect Stephan Frantzen gave the hotel a modern high-tech style; the building is constructed principally from reflective glass cladding and copper. The stylish and contemporary interior design is the work of Graft Architects – the Berlin-based practice which works across disciplines such as design, urban planning, exhibition design and music.
