Relais & Châteaux is set to welcome eleven new members to its collection, including five new openings.

Spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas, the properties showcase their own unique character, whilst all being united by the core Relais & Châteaux values and a shared vision of hospitality.

”Our Association is firmly committed to a sustainable path so as to contribute, through cuisine and hospitality, to building a more humane and united world, in harmony with living things,” says Laurent Gardinier, President of Relais & Châteaux. “It is an honor for me to welcome these eleven new members to Relais & Châteaux, properties that share not only our values, but our passion for goodness and beauty.”

The first new opening, slated for May 2025, is the newly-renovated Relais & Châteaux Myconian Sunrise, part of the Myconian Collection. Perched on the rocky hills of Mykonos, the 40-key property celebrates traditional Cycladic architecture, blending whitewashed walls with natural stone and wood. Spacious rooms and suites are arranged around patios and terraces, adorned with palm trees and cascading bougainvillea. Each space is bathed in light, featuring refined interiors with retro 1970s accents.

Also set to open in May is Relais & Châteaux Domaine Mouflon d’Or, a former grand aristocratic residence built at the dawn of the 20th century, located in the mountainous Corsican region of Alta Rocca. The estate has undergone an extensive renovation that blends contemporary elegance with the building’s historic charm, and now also features a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant inspired by the Corsican terroir.

Slated for opening in southern Turkey in June 2025, Relais & Châteaux Ahãma has been envisioned to connect guests with its natural surroundings. Set on a private bay of turquoise waters, surrounded by a fifty-acre forest of protected Liquidambar trees, the property’s guestrooms are scattered across the grounds in row houses and cabanas. Each room, with its soothing and understated interiors, offers views over the private beach or a peaceful retreat beneath the trees.

Relais & Châteaux Villa Pétrusse will also begin welcoming guests in June, marking the completion of its transformation from a private residence by Tristan Auer. After five years of meticulous restoration, the property radiates the feel of a well-appointed family home, inhabited by discerning art lovers. The decor features reproductions of watercolours by Luxembourgish Post-Impressionist painter Sosthène Weis, for instance, whose works capture the city’s unique light and vibrant colours.

The final new opening is Relais & Châteaux Hôtel Les Roches, also set for June 2025. Comprising 40 guestrooms alongside multiple F&B and wellness facilities, the long-standing property has been reinvented by Marseille-based architectural firm Pietri, who have paid homage to both its storied past and its surroundings.
