Radisson Hotel Group heading for Montenegro
Radisson Hotel Group has announced that it will debut in Montenegro, with the signing of Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Kolasin.
The 188-room hotel, slated to open during the ski season in Q4 2024, is situated on the Bielasica mountain, standing tall at an altitude of 1450m. It will comprise an extensive range of facilities, including a lobby bar, all-day-dining restaurant and a speciality restaurant, all of which will feature an outdoor terrace.
The hotel’s wellness spaces are set to feature both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a fitness area with a dedicated yoga space. Meetings and events spaces meanwhile will span over 385m², comprising a ballroom, meeting room and a pre-function space.
“We take immense pride in our debut in Montenegro, a thriving market for regional tourism that perfectly aligns with our proactive coastal and urban resort expansion plans,” says David Jenkins, Vice President, Business Development, Eastern Europe, at Radisson Hotel Group. “The Kolasin mountain resort zone aligns well with our regional growth strategy, and its inclusion further strengthens our footprint in the Balkans, where we currently have 19 hotels with 3,500 rooms in operation and under development.”
