Nikki Beach Global has revealed that it will expand its footprint in Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean, with new resorts, residences and beach clubs planned for 2024 and 2025. The brand announced the upcoming opening of properties in Antigua and Baku – both scheduled for 2025 – while it also shared that its Muscat site will open in early 2024.

The Baku resort and spa will be developed in partnership with Nardaran Beach Resort, and will be the brand’s first standalone hotel, without a beach club. Approximately 90 rooms and suites, 49 beach villas with private pools and six overwater bungalows will make up the new site, while the resort will also be home to three signature Nikki Beach restaurants – Café Nikki, Escape and Soul Lounge.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat will meanwhile comprise 115 rooms, 25 suites and 30 villas with private pools, following development in partnership with OMRAN Group. Similarly expansive in its amenities, the resort will comprise three swimming pools, a pool bar, Nikki Spa, Tone Gym and a marina, as well as an array of signature Nikki Beach F&B dining concepts.

Hashil bin Obaid al Mahrouqi, CEO of OMRAN Group, comments: “A key objective of the OMRAN Group is to develop unique and long-term tourism destinations that build lasting relationships between visitors and the Sultanate of Oman while helping the country to achieve economic growth and strengthen its position as a global tourist destination. An excellent example of this is the Yiti Integrated Tourism Development. The opening of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat marks a significant milestone in the project’s development. It is a resort that pays homage to the country’s rich and intriguing culture and the location’s picturesque beauty with luxe modernity.”

Finally, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is currently under development, in partnership with White Sand Development, with further details set to be released in the coming months. “We are extremely proud to continue our successful global expansion through this exciting pipeline of new hotels and resorts,” said Alexander Schneider, President of Nikki Beach Global Hotels & Resorts. “Our vision of focusing on ‘tomorrow’s destinations’ in order to provide our well-traveled target group with truly new experiences is fully reflected in this collection. We continuously seek to create innovative concepts that bring our impressive lifestyle approach to life in new and emerging travel markets. These locations offer incredibly unique regional culture that we’re excited to intertwine with the Nikki Beach ‘Celebration of Life’ experience and barefoot luxury aesthetic.”
