Marriott International has signed an agreement to bring W Hotels to Al Marjan Island, marking the brand’s first property in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The agreement with Dalands Holding, in collaboration with Marjan, will see W Al Marjan Island open its doors in Q1 2027.

Situated on a beachfront overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the hotel is set to comprise 300 rooms and suites with uninterrupted sea views, while design plans for the property include signature spaces such as the Living Room, W Lounge, Away Spa and a fitness centre. The hotel is also expected to offer three restaurants as well as retail space.

W Al Marjan Island will be the fourth UAE property from W Hotels, adding to W Dubai The Palm, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island.
