Langham Hospitality to open second Ying’nFlo hotel
Langham Hospitality Group has signed an agreement to manage a new Ying’nFlo hotel in Admiralty, Hong Kong. Slated for September 2023, the new property follows the debut of the first Ying’nFlo concept in Hong Kong in October 2022.
Aimed at capturing the spirit of millennials and Gen-Z in particular, Ying’nFlo, Wesley Admiralty’s 251 rooms will serve international travellers and the local business community from a hub in the heart of the city.
A renovation plan means that all guestrooms will be upgraded, while a brand-new House of Ying’nFlo will add a new layer to the guest experience. House of Ying’nFlo, spreading across three storeys, has been envisioned as a bustling lifestyle hub, including a café restaurant set to open in Q1 2024. Meeting spaces will offer versatile modular settings in which to gather, while the House will also be home to a gym.
“Hong Kong’s second Ying’nFlo in under a year underscores our strategy to bring our well-thought-through brand to life. A brand that fulfils the needs of a fast-growing market segment,” said Brett Butcher, Chief Executive Officer of Langham Hospitality Group. “With its bold branding, Ying’nFlo will bring a bright and fresh accommodation option to this important district on Hong Kong Island.”
Intending to celebrate local artists and ideas, the hotel will showcase the works of emerging creatives throughout, while a local artist will also be brought in to design an exterior mural that incorporates the brand’s signature colours on the building’s façade.
