Jurys Inn invests £25 million across estate in refurbishments
The money will be invested primarily on refurbishments but also includes some improvements to IT and systems.
The refurbishments include redesigned bar and restaurant areas, updated bedrooms with crisp white linens, darker wood furnishings and warmer fabrics. New chrome power showers are being installed in the newly tiled bathrooms, to heighten guest satisfaction.
“We have recently invested significantly in developing our new brand identity, positioning and product offering and this investment programme will help bring some of our older hotels in line with our newest properties to ensure that all our facilities are consistently of a high standard and fully meet the needs and expectations of both our leisure and business customers,” said CEO John Brennan.
“This coupled with our steadfast commitment for delivering great customer service, continues to drive us forward. In fact, earlier this year Jurys Inn was awarded Best Independent Hotel Brand at The Business Travel Awards for the second time.”
Refurbishments so far this year include properties in Birmingham, Newcastle, Chelsea, Leeds, Glasgow, Milton Keynes, Galway and Christchurch, with more projects in the pipeline over the next two years.
