Jordane Arrivetz designs Burgundy debut for new hospitality brand Bellevigne
Les Hôtels (très) Particuliers is launching a new hospitality brand, named Bellevigne. The debut property in Burgundy will open its doors in October 2024, designed by Jordane Arrivetz.
The 37-key Bellevigne Bourgogne finds home in a former manor house built over a wine storehouse. As such, the property is filled with wine-related details to intrigue its fans. Other design details meanwhile include old Burgundy stonework, custom-cut oak adorning the walls and shelves filled with all manner of curious objects.
Naturally, the property features a wine bar, tasting cellars and an 180-cover restaurant. The cellar has been stocked with over 300 local wines, while F&B is helmed by Executive Chef Etienne Berg, who has created a menu filled with local produce and regional traditions.
The hotel features an outdoor pool, while a spa is scheduled to open in December 2024. Nestled in the property’s verdant grounds, it will house a sauna, hammam and treatment rooms.
