IHG signs Kimpton Koh Samui

IHG has announced the signing of Kimpton Koh Samui, the second Kimpton hotel in Thailand following the brand’s debut in October 2020.

Situated on Choengmon Beach, the 138-key luxury boutique beachfront property is expected to open later this year. Capturing the Kimpton brand’s playful and sophisticated design, innovative approach to restaurants and bars, and immersive guest experiences that foster genuine human connections, the luxury boutique hotel will infuse local culture, textures and colours with every touchpoint of the guest experience and speak to the location’s story for an authentic and meaningful stay.

Two-thirds of the guest accommodation will be suites or villas, while the vast majority of the hotel inventory will offer views over the Gulf of Thailand.

Further facilities will include four distinctive restaurants and bars as well as a pool, spa, fitness centre, Kids Club and a 124 sqm multi-purpose meetings and events space.
