Hyatt debuts in Montenegro
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the first phase of opening for Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, located in Kotor Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The announcement marks the opening of the first Hyatt hotel in Montenegro, set against a backdrop of the Adriatic Sea.
Embracing a contemporary eco-design approach, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort places significant emphasis on the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Once complete, the property will comprise 205 guestrooms, designed to embrace natural hues and incorporate subdued blue design accents. Outside of guestrooms, the hotel will feature two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and private waterfront access. Meanwhile, further wellness amenities will take the form of a fitness centre, dedicated yoga and pilates spaces, as well as extensive spa facilities.

The new property will also be home to six dining venues, including the a la carte Restaurant Lighthouse, inspired by the Mediterranean coastal yachting lifestyle of the bay; Blue Restaurant, which will include a Montenegrin food corner; Hedonist Rooftop Restaurant, with its modern interpretations of traditional Balkan cuisine; and three bars designed to cater to guests from day to night.
