Hôtel Particulier Villeroy arrives in Paris
Hôtel Particulier Villeroy has opened its doors in Paris’ Golden Triangle, marking The Collection’s first foray into hotels. The latest opening adds to its impressive portfolio of statement villas and private residences in the world’s top retreat and city destinations including Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Saint Barths, Courchevel and London.
Once a private mansion dating back to 1908, the property has undergone extensive renovations to become an intimate boutique hotel. The interior design combines the history of the building with modern Parisian touches such as Calacatta marble fireplaces, cast-iron stairway railings and a sophisticated natural colour palette, while the exterior boasts a neoclassical cut stone façade, which replicates the look of a private home.
The accommodation comprises just 11 apartments, suites and guest rooms, enabling guests to occupy entire floors of the mansion. Centred around an internal atrium are two spacious apartments, two Grand Premier Suites, three Premier Suites and four Premier Rooms. Each room features bespoke Italian furniture from Promemoria, handmade Vispring Beds, Rivolta Carmignani Italian linen, and bedding from French brand Drouault.
The hotel’s restaurant, Trente-Trois, is led by Michelin-starred chef Sebastien Sanjou. Under his creative direction, the menu offers an elegant and contemporary cuisine using locally sourced fresh ingredients, accompanied by an impressive wine and champagne list that includes rare vintage bottles.
The F&B offering also includes Bar Jean Goujon, an opulent salon where guests can enjoy classic cocktails reimagined by the expert mixologist, a glass of champagne, or sample one of the most unique Japanese whiskey selections in Paris.
Hôtel Particulier Villeroy has also announced an exclusive partnership with L’Officine Universelle Buly 1803 for Spa Villeroy, which features two treatment rooms, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, hydrotherapy shower and a private, heated relaxation terrace. In addition to the spa is a fitness room with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.
