Hilton Worldwide signs management agreement for Conrad Pune

The launch in Maharashtra next year will mark the brand’s entry into the country and stay true to the brand’s essence of providing a world of style, while connecting guests with the local experiences surround them. Conrad Pune will be strategically located within the central business district of Pune and tower over Mangaldas Road.

Raheja Constructions Group who understands and shares our vision of the brand essence in delivering the Luxury of Being Yourself.”
With its foundation in the Art Deco style, the design of Conrad Pune will be characterised by bold geometric shapes, dashes of striking colour and hints of lavish ornamentation. Providing the backdrop will be expansive public spaces framed by 43ft high ceilings.
The hotel will feature 310 luxurious guestrooms with in-room technology and six-fixture marble baths. Guests will also have the choice of six contemporary dining outlets. The 16,200ft2 meeting and event space will include a grand 8,300ft2 ballroom, a break-away function room, four boardrooms as well as a fully equipped 24-hour business centre. Recreational options will include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, full service spa and a salon.

Conrad Pune will also offer the mobile Conrad Concierge app, which gives global luxury travellers the ability to customise details of their hotel stay before, during and after each visit via a smartphone or tablet. Whether it is pre-selecting bath amenities or checking-in while in-transit from the airport, guests can arrange access a variety of features at any of the 23 Conrad hotels worldwide by using the app.
The hotel will be will be minutes from the commercial and entertainment hubs in Kalyani Nagar, prime government institutions in Yerwada and premier residential neighbourhoods of Koregaon Park and Bund Garden. Kharadi and Ganeshkind Road will be within eight kilometres of the hotel and the Pune International Airport six kilometres away.
