Palladium Hotel Group has aligned with Hard Rock International to create Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, set to debut autumn 2016.
The new beachfront resort features a complete renovation of the Spanish hotel group’s Fiesta Hotel Playa Paraíso complex, and is located on Tenerife’s southern coast near Adeje.
A total of 624 guestrooms, including 266 suites, will be split across two towers – Oasis and Nirvana – combining contemporary interiors and amenities. The Rock Royalty Level, located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the Nirvana Tower, will include suites offering exclusive services such as a private concierge and VIP check-in, with a private lounge located on the 16th floor. The Rock Star Suite will offer a glass-walled terrace, as well as a stylish 50m2 living room and master bedroom, complemented by Hard Rock International’s collection of music memorabilia, which will be displayed throughout the hotel.
Hard Rock Tenerife will include three pools, access to a natural saltwater lagoon and a recreation area featuring a concert arena, main stage for visiting artists and a beach club complete with Balinese beds. In addition, the hotel will also feature signature Hard Rock facilities including a Rock Spa, Body Rock gym and Rock Shop that will feature Hard Rock’s exclusive merchandise specially designed for the Tenerife hotel. A 620m2 convention centre with innovative technology will host up to 525 people for meetings and events.
The hotel’s spa facilities include 920m2 indoor and 650m2 outdoor thermal water areas and utilise the hotel’s ‘Rhythm & Motion’ spa treatments, using amplified vibrations, pressures and patterns for massage therapy.
Six restaurants will offer a variety of cuisine, including traditional Spanish tapas, an Asian restaurant, and a steakhouse. There will also be an all-day buffet operating throughout the day, while the 3rd Half sports bar and The Beach Club, will offer Tex-Mex, international dishes and local alternatives. The rooftop sky lounge bar, located on level 17 will overlook the Teide; Europe’s highest volcanic cone and Spain’s tallest mountain, while offering a varied selection of cocktails and live music.
The hotel also provides access to Hard Rock’s Sound of Your Stay amenity program, allowing for in-room guitar sessions, streaming playlists available upon check-in and in-room delivery of professional DJ equipment.
