H10 launches Riviera Paradise
H10 Hotels has opened the Ocean Riviera Paradise, a five-star resort located on the Riviera Maya. Marking the chain’s third hotel in Mexico, the property is located on the seafront and consists of 974 guestrooms.
The newly built complex features modern architecture and an interior design scheme overseen by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean aesthetics through the use of materials including Mayan stone and geometric tiles. Situated just six kilometres from Playa del Carmen, the resort is comprised of four large areas and incorporates several swimming pools, ten restaurants, 11 bars and a sports area.
The Ocean Riviera Paradise offers guestrooms with original and contemporary designs, many of which include a lounge area and terrace accented with nautical design elements. Two new guestroom categories at the resort include the Swim-Up Rooms located on the ground floor, which offer direct access to the swimming pool, and the Rooftop Rooms located on the top floor, which feature a rooftop terrace, sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. The guestrooms are all fully equipped with a coffee machine, minibar, LCD TV and bathroom.
The resort will boast a total of ten restaurants including La Locanda, serving up Italian cuisine, and Margarita, an à la carte Mexican establishment, in addition to 11 bars, a coffee shop, and ice cream parlour. Elsewhere, the resort’s nine 300-capacity meeting rooms will cater for business meetings and provide naturally lit working spaces.
This project marks H10’s third on the Riviera Maya, already home to the Ocean Coral & Turquesa and the Ocean Maya Royale.
