Four Seasons unveils second hotel in India
Four Seasons has unveiled its second hotel in India – a 230-key property at mixed-use development Embassy One in Bangalore. Developed by Embassy Group, the hotel features interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and a curated collection of paintings, prints and sculptures by more than 25 contemporary Indian artists. Embassy One is also home to 105 Four Seasons Private Residences, the first of its kind in the country.

Set amid 5.6 acres of landscaped gardens and water features including a 100-foot outdoor pool, the Embassy One development mirrors the city’s combination of modern urban architecture dotted with parks and gardens. Inside, the hotel’s 191 guestrooms and 39 suites are filled with natural light, while the Garden Suites feature living and dining areas that open onto a private terrace, separated from the bedroom, bathroom and double closets.
The culinary programme meanwhile is headed up by Executive Chef Stéphane Calvet, who takes charge of a range of dining experiences including CUR8, an indoor/outdoor restaurant with chefs on show at numerous open kitchens. At the lobby level, The Lobby Lounge and Terrace serves afternoon tea, as well as the Four Seasons special blend of teas, coffees and light fare around the clock including scones made from vanilla pods sourced from Kerala. For the spirited connoisseur, a selection of whiskies are available at The Collection every evening, while the Pool Bar also offers poolside tropical refreshments amid a backdrop of green gardens.
Far & East completes the dining experience from its modern space on the 21st floor, bringing together a melange of Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines, as well as classic dishes such as Peking duck. Accompanying Far & East on the 21st floor is Copitas, a terrace offering late night cocktails, sundowners and shared platters.

Elsewhere, Infuse Spa is tucked behind a cascading waterfall, and features 11 treatment rooms offering massages body scrubs, polishes and wraps. Signature treatments include the Coffee Scrub, which harnesses the powers of locally grown coffee from nearby Coorg; the Candle Massage; the Flower at Four Seasons experience inspired by the hotel’s green setting in the Garden City; and the On the Chocolate and Spice Trail.
With 16,574ft² of event spaces accommodating as many as 1,000 guests, Four Seasons Bengaluru is also positioned for varying business functions. For social events, the hotel provides a flexible Grand Ballroom, open terrace with built-in chef’s kitchen and a series of smaller spaces on one floor with direct access to the main entrance.
