Florida’s former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is set to become Naples Beach Club, a 125-acre Four Seasons resort and residential beachfront community.

Following the site’s acquisition by The Athens Group and MSD Partners, the newly imagined resort will feature a 216-key hotel managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts offering guestrooms and suites will offer lounging porches, walk-in wardrobes and five-fixture en-suites.

Curated by private residential club owner and developer Discovery Land Company, the resort’s amenities will include a spa with additional wellness facilities offering a variety of health-focused experiences, golf and tennis, and a fitness centre. There will also be multiple indoor/outdoor social spaces with dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico, including lounges flowing from the hotel lobby and a beachside garden featuring outdoor pools and cabanas. Just off the golf course is Market Square, featuring a bar and grill, a range of casual eateries and an ice cream pavilion.

“The incredible Naples Beach Club marks the debut of Four Seasons on Florida’s Gulf Coast, complementing our existing portfolio of luxury properties throughout the state,” concludes John Davison, President and CEO of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “We are proud to be a partner in this exceptional project, bringing the vision of MSD and Athens to life by setting a new standard of luxury in Naples and delivering our brand’s personalised service and quality excellence to this beloved beachfront community.”

The resort will be accompanied by 185 luxury residences, realised by architectural firm Hart Howerton and interior design studio Champalimaud Design. The first phase of the residential development, for which pre-sales took place earlier this year, offers 58 Beachfront Homes, four Beach Houses, four Penthouses and 12 Golfside Residences.

“The Residences at Naples Beach Club will set a new standard for Naples living, located in the heart of the vibrant Naples community, while also providing owners with an intimate club experience located directly outside their door,” says Michael Meldman, Chairman of Discovery Land Company.

“Our partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Discovery Land Company reinforces our commitment to develop the finest luxury resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast,” comments Kim Richards, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Athens Group. “Naples Beach Club will be a contemporary interpretation of the traditions, style and spirit of Old Naples.”
