Four Seasons reveal La Dame de Pic

Reignwood Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts have announced the addition of a new dining venue, La Dame de Pic, to debut late 2016.

Set in the heart of London, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic will open La Dame de Pic at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, within the Grade II listed Beaux-Arts building that is currently undergoing major restoration by Reignwood Group.

La Dame de Pic will resemble historical Parisian brasseries blended within a classically English dining room. Designed by Bruno Moinard of Paris-based architects 4BI, the restaurant will be an impressive relaxing space featuring natural wood flooring, carved woodwork, curved leather banquettes, and columns covered with bevelled mirrors. A private dining room and wine cellar will sit alongside the main dining room.

The completion of the former Port London Authority building project by Reignwood Group will see the building transformed into 41 residences, all fully serviced by Four Seasons, as well as delivering a private members’ club, two gourmet restaurants, of which one will be La Dame de Pic, as well as 100 hotel guestrooms.

The property was originally designed in 1922 by Edwardian architect Sir Edwin Cooper, and hosted the inaugural meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1946 within its walnut-panelled ballroom, currently undergoing a contemporary, yet considerate renovation.

“I am thrilled to be partnering with Four Seasons to bring my cuisine to a new audience in London in the spectacular location of Ten Trinity Square. Renowned globally for its quality, service levels and its people culture, we share the company’s strong values and are equally focused on delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests,” comments Chef Pic.

Kalina Boyadjiew, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Reignwood Investments UK explains: “The appeal of purchasing an apartment within Ten Trinity Square, has always been far more than simply owning a home within a historical, landmark building in the world’s most bustling capital,” Investments UK.

“Becoming a homeowner here, after all, also buys someone the rare and unique access to the matchless hospitality and service one expects of the Four Seasons brand. We are delighted, therefore, to welcome Anne-Sophie Pic and her unparalleled skills and gastronomy through La Dame de Pic into Ten Trinity Square, a restaurant that wholly represents the exceptional lifestyle our homeowners will soon call their own.”

Charlie Parker, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, concludes: “We are delighted to be working alongside Chef Anne-Sophie Pic to bring a completely new gastronomic experience to the Square Mile. La Dame de Pic is set to become a new dining destination in London, and we are excited to be able to bring this new offering to the capital.”

Distinguished as the only current French female chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie Pic began her culinary career in her family’s restaurant, Maison Pic, in Valence, south-eastern France. Since then, she has opened restaurants in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Paris, garnering awards and accolades along the way. La Dame de Pic at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will be her first restaurant in the United Kingdom.
