First Mediterranean Park Hyatt hotel
Located on the beautiful valley of Canyamel near the North-East coast of Mallorca, the Cap Vermell Estate will feature the only Park Hyatt hotel in the Mediterranean.
The five-star Park Hyatt Mallorca will be built to evoke a traditional, Mallorcan hilltop village, whilst encompassing state-of-the-art technologies and facilities. The hotel will have 142 guestrooms, two restaurants, a lounge bar, poolside bar, separate beach club, spa, fitness centre and space for meetings and events.
The 49-acre estate, which is owned by the Cap Vermell Investments Group, currently houses 12 bespoke villas, the Cap Vermell Beach Hotel and its restaurant, Vintage 1934.
Set next to the Canyamel beach, the hotel has 11 Mallorcan-style rooms with private balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Other features include a beach club, country club, spacious events spaces and state-of-the-art sporting facilities.
The historic hotel is located in a building dating back to 1906, yet the interiors are bright and contemporary, adorned with striking, colourful art from the renowned Spanish artist Gustavo.
Antonio Mir Martínez, Director of Cap Vermell Estate, comments: “Cap Vermell is the new secret gem of Mallorca. The magnificent estate with its year-round sunshine and natural beauty will be drawing jetsetters and influencers from around the world who are seeking a lavish and secluded holiday experience in world-class settings.”
The estate is located adjacent to a protected area of natural beauty; with its 49-acres of grounds, The Cap Vermell Estate will offer guests and residents a haven of peace and tranquillity.
