The opening of the first Maison Delano in Paris is set for April 2023, following the completion of a full renovation. Developer Katara Hospitality has made the announcement in partnership with Ennismore that the Delano brand will be making its debut in Paris.
Located in a former 18th century manor in the Faubourg Saint Honoré, the 56-room hotel features designs by Lázaro Rosa Violán across its guestrooms and 19 suites, as well as a French-Andalusian restaurant by Chef Dani Garcia and a cocktail bar.
Offering spacious interiors, the rooms and suites of Maison Delano Paris have been designed by interior designer Lázaro Rosa Violán as cocoons of relaxation. Light tones and shades of white, beige and grey contrast with the green of velvet benches and dark wood furniture. The trademark Delano sheer, in white linen, adorns the windows and brings intimacy to the glazed bathrooms which open onto some rooms and suites.

Surrounding and within the large courtyard is a new restaurant concept created by three Michelin-star Chef Dani Garcia. Named La Chambre Bleue in reference to Pablo Picasso’s painting, the restaurant will invite guests to dine on a Mediterranean menu. At the Delano Bar, guests will find a sophisticated setting open both to them and to passing visitors.
