Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to open its flagship lifestyle brand Dream Hotels in Las Vegas with a free-standing 450-key project set to launch on the Las Vegas Strip in 2023. Designed by DLR Group and McCarthy Building Companies, the 21-storey Dream Las Vegas will incorporate a mixture of entertainment venues distributed vertically throughout a series of roof decks and terraces bridging the newbuild towers. A glass and metal façade will feature radiused corners, double-height terraces, oversized windows and an aerodynamic profile.

When complete, the hotel will bring seven dining and nightlife venues to the strip, including a rooftop nightclub, pool deck and lounge; three feature restaurants; two additional bars on the gaming floor and 12,000ft² of meeting and event space.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of this project team,” comments DLR Group Principal Brian Murch. “Our collective design experience at DLR Group has helped us transform the traditional hotel model and spin it in a way that adds drama and a dynamic composition to the hotel. Dream Las Vegas will bring a unique boutique destination to the Strip once complete in 2023.”
