Domes Resorts is set to widen its presence in Greece, with the April 2023 opening of Domes Noruz Kassandra representing the brand’s first outpost in Halkidiki in northern Greece. The opening marks the latest addition to Domes Resorts’ growing portfolio, with properties now in Corfu, Crete, Zakynthos, Milos and further afield in the Algarve, Portugal.

Located on the Kassandra peninsula, Domes Noruz Kassandra has been designed as a “beach club with rooms” – a 182-key property comprising a sprawling swimming pool, as well as a beach club and bar. These sites will form the heart of the hotel, offering up a menu of neo-Greek seafood.

The hotel itself leans into a contemporary design, seamlessly fusing indoor and outdoor spaces with the surrounding landscape. Rooms use a harmonious blend of white and neutral hues, which compliment sophisticated raffia textures and handcrafted local artwork. Domes Noruz Kassandra will also incorporate Domes’ signature Haute Living Selection, which includes a personal mobile phone used to access services across the property.

Additional amenities across the property include Domes’ signature Gustatio restaurant, an all day creative buffet; Raw Bar, a cocktail and champagne bar; and Pita Canteen, which serves up Greek classics on the beach.

Wellness, too, is a central tenet of the hotel, with its OpenAir Gym offering outdoor fitness experiences. Two spacious spa suites, meanwhile, have been designed to deliver Domes’ signature Soma Spa.

Domes Noruz Kassandra represents the expansion of our Domes Noruz brand, following in the successful footsteps of Domes Noruz Chania in Crete,” comments Dr George P Spanos, CEO of Domes. “Noruz is our most vibrant and cosmopolitan offering; an adults-only, design-led brand catering to international trendsetters who seek a balance between relaxed events by day and a chic party scene by night – a truly 360-degree offering.”

The announcement of Domes Noruz Kassandra follows news of Domes’ expansion into the Greek islands of Milos with Domes White Coast Milos. Further new openings are set to be announced in popular Greek destinations like Mykonos, Santorini and the Athenian Riviera.
