Das Central welcomes new Summit Spa
Modern Alpine escape Das Central, located in the heart of Sölden, Austria, has announced the opening of its new fourth and fifth floor Summit Spa.
Complete with a 17m-high rooftop infinity pool, the new spa spans 2,000m², featuring six treatment rooms, a relaxation room, gym, and a bistro and bar. The sauna area has been equipped with a new brine steam bath, a cold-water plunge pool, and two newly-built saunas to add to the existing facilities, with guests able to indulge in a range of hot and cold therapies after a day on the slopes.
The hotel has also debuted a new lobby ‘Living Lounge’ and 31 newly-renovated rooms, suites and event spaces, all finished to a high specification for a luxurious guest experience.

Here, we combine relaxation with a view. In the newly renovated rooms, the focus is on wellbeing and drawing strength from nature, thanks in part to the materials characterised by our high alpine landscape.”
