Both hotels are located at an elevation of 960m above sea level, at the heart of Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi. Surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains, the location will host the Olympic Winter Games in February 2014.

The Solís Sochi Hotel is a five-minute walk from the centre of the resort. The property has been built into the mountainside with an imposing glass and stone façade and consists of 120 rooms, including 13 suites. The two Solís properties are set to open at the start of an exciting period for development in Sochi. The Olympic Winter Games will be followed by the hosting of an F1 Grand Prix event in the second half of 2014 and, four years later, the resort will be one of the host cities for the FIFA World Cup competition.
