Brown launches Beach House Croatia
Brown Hotel’s latest property, the Brown Beach House Croatia, has opened its doors on the Adriatic coastline. Infusing luxurious facilities, 1950’s resort-inspired design and a playful ambience, the 25-key hotel is in close proximity to Split airport and incorporates a full-service spa.
Situated in a carefully restored 20th century edifice that was once a tobacco shipment station, the hotel is situated in Trogir, a popular yachting destination and harbour town deemed a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hotel features 25 stylish guestrooms comprised of one and two bedroom suites with custom furnishings. The design concept has been developed by Saar Zafrir, whose approach combines natural colour palettes and wooden tones, classic-yet-contemporary furnishings and vintage pieces surrounded by local flora, which creates a cohesive and timeless aesthetic. The hotel will also launch an addition 24 luxury suites in Spring.
Paying homage to its history, the Brown Beach House Croatia’s outdoor swimming pool is furnished with classic black-and-white tiled flooring inspired by the Roman Empire’s influence over Trogir in the 17th and 18th -centuries, while a majority of the suites boast picturesque views of the Adriatic Sea and of the old town.
Additional facilities include an outdoor infinity pool and sun deck overlooking the ocean, Cartina – a high-end seafood restaurant – plus a bespoke cocktail bar, private event spaces, private beach access and a fully-equipped beach-club set for a 2017 opening.
