Luxury hotel group Aman will make its Dubai debut in 2027, establishing the brand’s hallmark ultra-luxury hospitality and service within the United Arab Emirates.
Nestled directly on Jumeirah Beach with unobstructed panoramic views of the azure water and the city’s skyline, Aman Dubai will comprise an all-suite hotel, as well as a limited number of Aman-branded residences, a 2,000m2 Aman Spa, multiple restaurants and an Aman Club.
Designed by KHA (Kerry Hill Architects), Aman Dubai will showcase the brand’s signature minimalist and contemporary design aesthetic, making use of natural materials and clean lines to frame the cityscape and waterfront views. A distinct resort experience blending the tranquillity of Aman with Arabian hospitality, the concept draws inspiration from the region’s architectural and cultural heritage. The design scheme will feature local stone in a palette of desert tones, connecting subterranean spaces and courtyards to extensive nine-acre gardens that descend to the beach and extend to private living spaces.
Aman Dubai is the result of a collaboration between Aman Group, real estate investment company Bright Start and H&H Development. Following in the footsteps of its record-breaking property in New York, the project is poised to become the city’s most expensive hotel.
