Al Marjan island plans revealed
Mohammad Oman Bin Haider Holding Group has announced an upscale mega project on Al Marjan Island, Dubai, spread across 1.4 million ft2 and featuring a 5-star luxury hotel. The property will also feature residential apartments, a commercial buildings cluster and retail area. The project will be valued at AED 1 billion.
This development will be a key contributor to Bin Haider Group’s positioning in the UAE reality market, and reflects the group’s confidence in this large-scale project. The initial announcement was made on the first day of Cityscape Global 2016.
