Vimar Radisson Venice

Vimar brings its expertise to Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani

Vimar is placing the spotlight on its work at Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani, where its Eikon Exé series is a contemporary touch that honours the past.

Nestled in a 16th-century Venetian palazzo, Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani is the culmination of a lengthy restoration process, curated by Studio Marco Piva and Venice Plan. Its spacious, bright interiors feature a colour palette inspired by the hues of the frescoed ceilings, with every detail chosen to create an immersive experience deeply rooted in Venetian spirit. This includes Vimar’s devices from the Eikon Exé series, complete with traditional controls in anthracite grey.

The choice of Eikon Exé demonstrates the design team’s desire to juxtapose the contemporary with the past. The devices, with their classic, defined geometry, are visible and arranged in an orderly manner throughout the hotel – on elegant, padded fabric headboards, on stylish wooden bathroom panelling, and in all the communal areas. In the pillars inside frescoed rooms – carefully inserted to preserve the walls – are cover plates in Total Look anthracite grey metal, with one or two brushed dark bronze variants here and there. A combination of technology and craftsmanship, and available in a variety of materials and finishes, from marbled stoneware to metal and glass, Eikon Exé cover plates blend in seamlessly.

Vimar’s Elvox Video door entry systems are also part of the hotel’s design. In addition, the luxury apartments, accessible from the side alley of Palazzo Nani, feature a slate Pixel alphanumerical entrance panel with two push buttons, harmoniously blending with the exposed brick wall.
