A guestroom at Chateau Denmark in London

Tradelinens appointed as linen partner for Chateau Denmark

Tradelinens has been appointed as the official linen partner for the soon to open Chateau Denmark on London’s iconic Denmark Street, curating a made to order bedding and accessory collection for the hotel.

Working closely with the creative team behind Chateau Denmark, Tradelinens has developed a bespoke Style Guide for the full guestroom experience, including a bed linen collection, bathroom towels and tote bag, which complement the property’s distinct design narratives of punk, gothic, psychedelia and grandeur.

Each room and apartment has its own individual story, referencing music and other happenings that once took place along the street. To balance the bold and playful theme, Tradelinens’ has supplied crisp, white 300 thread count bed linen that is responsibly made using the finest single ply thread. The linen will be filled with ethically-sourced 10.5 tog European White Goose Down Duvets as well as Savoy Pillows, mattress protectors crafted with breathable cotton, and ultra-soft microfibre toppers that allow guests to sleep easy.

The bathrooms meanwhile feature super thick and absorbent Turkish cotton towels, designed using a fine steamed yarn for a spa-like feel. Along with the 650gsm bath towels, guests can step out of their decadent bathtub onto a picture frame bathmat too, which has been made exclusively for Chateau Denmark.

Tradelinens has also produced a reusable canvas laundry bag, in keeping with the brand’s ethical values. Made with recyclable materials in a dark purple, the bags are emblazoned with the word ‘Filth’ to reflect Chateau Denmark’s ambition to turn up the eccentricities and provide a new perspective for the modern traveller. In addition, the linen supplier has sourced crisp white napkins as well as satin band napkins.

“Our reputation is built on providing clear, expert guidance with a personal touch, so we were delighted that Chateau Denmark selected us as its official luxury linen partner,” says Catherine Morris, Managing Director at Tradelinens. “It has been a privilege to be part of their extended team and we wish them every success.”

Carrie Wicks, founder of CAW Ventures, adds: “Chateau Denmark is an attitude, one that celebrates freedom and independence but also quality and experience, so it was crucial for us to work with trusted partners.”
