Teledex M Series telephones to resolve hotel connectivity challenges
Following research stating that 50% of guests travel with two or more devices, Cetis Group has responded to guest connectivity demands with the Teledex M Series telephone series.
The range features an optional integrated WiFi access point, designed to support improved guest connectivity by placing the wireless connection point in each guestroom. An alternative option is to plug into the M Series telephone Ethernet port for secure online communications.
Bing N. Sun, President and CEO commented: “Our commitment, history and innovation drive the Cetis Advantage. The form, function and design of new M Series are a testament to that commitment. It is, essentially, the guestroom telephone redefined. More than just a telephone, M Series is changing in-room connectivity.”
In addition to assisting connectivity, the M series also offers the ability to connect multiple smart devices via Bluetooth technology. This facilitates calls over their own network, as well as music streaming and speakerphone calls via a built-in stereo sound system that replaces stand alone audio devices. Two side-mounted M Series USB ports support charging of both smartphones and tablets.
“These phones are groundbreaking on so many levels,” says John Grubb, Cetis Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “They are not only visually appealing, but incorporate never-before-seen feature sets that are intuitive, easy for the guest to use and add a level of convenience that truly impacts the guest experience.”
