Restoration Hardware reveals Kelly Hoppen textile collection
Restoration Hardware has collaborated with British designer Kelly Hoppen to create a series of signature textiles across four pillow collections, marking Hoppen’s first designs for the brand. Characterised by a combination of materials with rich textures and bold graphics, Hoppen’s debut RH launch reflects the contemporary aesthetic she has developed over four decades envisioning interiors, yachts, homes, hotels and restaurants.
The collection brings together monochromatic appliques and satin stitching, with material choices including linen, seamless soft leather and fine suede. Channelling a fusion of East-meets-West by way of clean lines, neutral tones and organic warmth, designs including the Framed Linen, Suede & Linen, Suede & Linen Pintuck, Distressed Leather & Linen variations feature geometric touches alongside premium pleats, insets and bands.
Drawing inspiration predominantly from her travels, Hoppen explains: “Everywhere I visit, I’m inspired by the people, the culture, the food, the sounds and smells, the landscape, the buildings, the beaches, everything. Design is full circle, so fashion, product, interior design, and architecture are all one in the same for me – it’s a creative process.”
