Projects by Resource Decor designs for NoMad
Collaborating with New York-based Danish architect Thomas Juul Hansen, Resource Decor’s brass minibar cabinet pays homage to vintage radios and has been designed for the renovation of The James New York – NoMad (formerly The Carlton Hotel).
The cabinet is a testament to craftsmanship, manufacturing and innovative product development, and is almost entirely constructed from brass, adding dimension, character and romance to an otherwise conventional guestroom appliance. Industrial aspects of the design, such as a hand-wrought tubular frame and mesh panels, are also juxtaposed with etched glass shelves and LED edge lighting.
Projects by Resource Decor offers bespoke and customised furniture including case goods, upholstery, metal and fine timbers, with each series produced in-house to contract standards.
