Munk Collective unveil round Edge table
Munk Collective’s new round Edge walnut dining table plays with harmony and asymmetrical elements, bringing together the natural characteristics of wood into the dining room.
Designed by Laura Faurschou, the Edge table is created around the play between balance and asymmetry and the edges of the tabletop and base are all faceted at a small angle to give the illusion of a thin construction.
Allowing the material to play a central role in the spring dining experience, the warm shades of the walnut tree add a natural yet luxurious feel to dining moments; and the wooden tabletop creates an organic underlay by drawing upon the forest floor during a picnic.
In addition to the walnut-veneered version, Edge is available in an oak, black painted oak and smoke blue oak.
