Foscarini has released the new Aplomb Large suspension light, designed by Lucidi & Pevere.

Italian artisans craft the light with an intricate concrete processing to obtain a suitable thickness while retaining a stark visual impact. The lamp’s slim and crisp silhouette resembles a UFO, adding a galactic touch in contract settings with high ceilings, and made even more striking when paired with a long cable.

An LED light source casts a wide beam of lighting on to the surface underneath, resembling an abduction light, further adding to the extraterrestrial influenced design.
