Expormim has unveiled Petale – a chair designed by MUT Design; and Blum – a dining armchair designed by Manel Molina.
Petale is made of stainless steel tube and textile, and its dimensions have been reduced, making it stackable, easy to transport and environmentally friendly.
The brand asked MUT Design to minimise the range of materials used in the product, without sacrificing comfort or practicality.
Boasting a delicate simplicity, the petal-shaped backrest hugs the body and provides comfort to its users. The option to add a seat cushion increases softness and can be customised in a number of textiles.
Blum is unique in its choice of materials, ensuring it is resilient and weather-resistant.
Its legs are the result of a hydroforming process, whilst CNC bending machines and welding robots have been used to manufacture its high-resistance aluminium frame. The strategic position of its armrests and a high backrest ensure the utmost comfort and elegance.
Both Blum and Petale are suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.
