Ethimo expands Knit collection
Created in collaboration with Patrick Norguet in 2015, Ethimo’s Knit outdoor furniture collection has seen the addition of a new sofa and armchair.
Ethimo’s experimental approach to volumes, finishes and fabrics has seen the lounging and dining collection grow in size. The new pieces have been created in keeping with the characteristics of the wider collection, interpreted by the union of natural or pickled teak used for the structure with the woven rope of the seat.
The ample proportions of the sofa and lounge armchair help to create a real al fresco sitting room and ensure optimum ergonomics. The fine new fabrics Chess and Red Diamonds are used to upholster the seat cushions and backs, highlighting the softness of these volumes and suggesting an immediate sensation of comfort and wellbeing.
The balance between the shape and texture of the two new pieces convey tactile visual perceptions and, together with the rest of the Knit collection, offers a vision of outdoor living that is dynamic and contemporary.
