HKS appoints Chin Lim as VP
Global architecture practice HKS Hospitality Group has appointed Chin Lim as Vice President. Previously of WATG, Chin specialises in hospitality design and brings his near-20 years’ experience to HKS.
Having joined HKS, Lim will contribute to a number of projects including Four Seasons Bodrum; a new wellness spa for Leela Goa; and an additional mixed-use development at Falkensteiner Hotel & Residences in Punta Skala, Croatia.

Chin’s previous work includes The Ritz-Carlton Tamuda Bay, Morocco; Hilton Albion Bay, Mauritius; Viceroy Quinta da Ombria, Portugal; Movenpick Abuja, Nigeria; and Raffles Cargills, Sri Lanka.
