Dorchester Collection appoints Philippe Leboeuf as CEO
Dorchester Collection has appointed Philippe Leboeuf as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025.
A seasoned hotelier, Leboeuf has in-depth experience across regional roles in the luxury sector on multiple continents. His strategic vision, leadership, expertise in operations and organisational culture, combined with his extensive experience with new openings, will continue to position Dorchester Collection at the forefront of luxury hospitality.
Previously Leboeuf held the position of Director General of Concorde Hotels, owned by Taittinger, where he oversaw 19 owned and 70 affiliated hotels. Additionally, he was a Board Director of Leading Hotels of the World and has held many other senior leadership positions such as Regional Vice President of Operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Vice President Operations for Rosewood and General Manager of Claridge’s. Most recently, Leboeuf oversaw the successful opening of Raffles London at The OWO as Managing Director.
