DesignOne welcomes Lela Richardson as Design Principal
DesignOne has appointed hospitality veteran Lela Richardson as Design Principal for its Atlanta office. With 20 years of experience in the sector, Richardson has crafted guest experiences for both boutique properties and major brands such as Four Seasons, Renaissance, the Ritz-Carlton, Hilton and InterContinental.
In her new role, Richardson will lead and grow the firm’s interior design practice, providing mentorship to staff while developing client experience, overseeing all phases of design and steering creative direction.

Having overseen design and operations for leading firms, Richardson brings an expertise in FF&E and a passion for creating unique colour palettes and spaces filled with unexpected textures and finishes.
