BLP welcomes leisure and hotels specialist Karen Friebe
Previously a Real Estate Partner at DLA Piper in London, Friebe specialises in the acquisition, development and disposal of property in the hotel and leisure sectors as well as the wider real estate sector. She was the Global Co-chair of DLA Piper’s Hospitality and Leisure Group and led their EMEA Hospitality and Leisure team for a number of years. Friebe will add considerable strength to BLP’s offering in these sectors.

Friebe will work within BLP’s Core Real Estate Group, joining the team which focuses on mergers and acquisitions, management agreements, development projects and franchising. This team has worked with BLP clients such as Balfour Beatty, Barclays, Marriott Hotels and the Olympic Delivery Authority.
