Blink announces Creative Director
Blink Design Group CEO Michael Saglid has announced the appointment of Leonard Lee to the position of Creative Director – Interior Design.
Based in the group’s Singapore Office, Lee has over 20 years of experience in designing hotel interiors, with 16 years spent as Senior Vice President at Wilson Associates Singapore, where he created designs for Ritz-Carlton, Conrad, Sofitel, Hyatt, Shangri La and Kempinski.
Lee has been recognised with awards including the Wave of the Future trophy, which has previously been given to Frank Gehry and Philippe Starck, the Golden Nugget Award for Best International Commercial & Special Use Project, and multiple IHMRS Gold Key prizes.
Lee comments: “I am delighted to be joining the energetic, forward thinking team at Blink and excited about bringing another layer of creativity and design expertise to the Group’s interior design practice. A great space is designed to serve the people in it, and my goal has always been to evoke an emotional connection with the people who use these spaces.”
